WHO ARE WE?
PushClean Technology is a company that produces patented 100% domestic innovation products and has been providing service since 2010.
The first test products came off the production line in April 2010. In 2011, production capacity reached 210,000 pieces per month. These products were distributed to selected customers and used in a variety of applications.
Today, three years later, we have reached a production capacity of 5 million units per month.
There are two production lines that follow this production process in an area of 2'000 m2:
- sorting containers
- positioning containers
- filling with application fluid
- using compressed towels
- placing the label
In production line 1: Filling the container with application fluid.
In production line 2: Assembling the application products.
COMPRESSED WIPES
Pressed cellulose towel. Biodegradable.
With Pushclean, cellulose towel quality is guaranteed. We combine natural purity with renewable energy
It has a wide range of applications from hygiene to medicine and from a technological perspective.
The towel is created using 4.6 to 5.7 tons of pressing
strength and biodegradable.
CARRIER CAPSULE
Recyclable container system. The main component used is polypropylene (PP). PP is group 5 semi-crystalline Thermoplastic belonging to the polyolefin group. Polypropylenes are odorless, Skin-compatible and physiologically maintenance-free. Therefore, they can also be applied in the food sector and in the pharmaceutical sector. Polypropylenes are recyclable and have the number "5".
APPLICATION LIQUID
A first-class product is Pushclean's ultimate goal. That's why evaluation and selection of a quality application fluid are so important. All application fluids are extensively tested and backed by a high standard of quality and safety certification.
WORKING METHOD
The capsule (diameter 40 mm, height 14 mm) is a two-chamber system. The outer chamber holds the application liquid (max. 5 ml). The inner chamber contains a compressed cellulose towel (7.5 x 8.5 inches). The two chambers are separated from each other. The pressure applied to the middle opens the valve at the bottom of the container and the liquid from the outer chamber reaches the inner chamber together with the towel. The towel then completely absorbs the liquid and rises vertically. After this contact, the towel can be easily removed, opened and put into use. Three Components
