About us
Who are we?
PushClean Technology produces patented 100% domestic innovation products and has been serving since 2010. The first test products came off the production line in April 2010. In 2011, monthly capacity reached 210,000 pieces and products were shared with selected customers across multiple applications.
Today we operate at a monthly capacity of 5 million units. Across 2,000 m², two production lines cover sorting and positioning containers, filling with application fluid, placing compressed towels and labelling. From filling to final assembly.

What is Pushclean?
Pushclean is a patented dual-chamber capsule. Liquid and compressed cellulose stay apart in a round plastic pod. The cellulose can be a wipe, a face mask or an eye mask. When you press, it absorbs the liquid, swells and is ready to use.

Working method
The capsule is a two-chamber system. Pressure on the centre opens the valve; liquid from the outer chamber reaches the inner chamber and the cellulose. It absorbs the liquid completely, rises vertically, then can be removed, opened and used.
- Outer chamber: application liquid in 4.5 ml or 7.5 ml
- Inner chamber: compressed wipe 18 × 22 cm (4.5 ml) or 22 × 24 cm (7.5 ml)
- The same pod can also hold a compressed face mask or eye mask
- Capsule size: diameter 42 mm, height 14 mm. Chambers stay separated until activation

Compressed cellulose
Pressed biodegradable cellulose. Used as a wipe, a face mask or an eye mask. Natural purity with renewable fibre, created with high pressing strength.
Carrier capsule
Recyclable container system based on polypropylene (PP5). Odourless, skin-compatible and suitable for food and pharmaceutical contexts. SPI resin code 5.
Application liquid
Quality application fluid is central. Fluids are extensively tested with quality and safety standards for reliable, skin-considerate use.
